Transdev manages non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation for Health First Colorado members in the state of Colorado.
Effective Aug. 1, 2021, Health First Colorado members who reside outside of the following counties, Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld, will need to contact their local transportation provider directly to schedule non-emergent transportation services, including subscriptions. Book a Ride
1. Book your ride at least three business days before.
2. Have the following information ready:
a. Your date of birth, first and last name and phone number.
b. Medicare or Medicaid ID number.
c. Your doctor’s or facility’s name, address, and telephone number.
d. The date and time of your medical appointment.
3. Choose one of the following methods to book your ride:

Option 5: Where's my ride: Changes for same day trips or arrival ETA
Option 6: Priority Line: Facility only, trips within urgent guidelines (within 48 hours, notified within 2 business days or for chemo, dialysis, or radiation).

Contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to request an urgent trip, cancel your appointment or to check the status of your ride.
Normal business hours will not apply on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. For appointments scheduled on a holiday, trips will still be performed. The holiday schedule may be subject to change.
