Transdev administers the NETSPAP program for Illinois Medicaid. We focus on connecting eligible Participants with safe and timely transportation to give them more flexibility, freedom and control over their personal health. In Illinois, we need a strong network of approved Medicaid transportation providers.

If you are an approved Medicaid transportation provider and would like to speak with Transdev regarding one or more Participants, please call the Transdev Provider Line during normal business hours at 866-503-9040.

   Manual and Handbook

Transdev offers PassPORT, a free web portal for long-term care facilities, dialysis centers, and non-emergency transportation (NET) providers. Use this portal to view the approved, denied, and pending requests as stored in the ADEPT prior authorization system and to submit Single Trip and Standing Prior Approval (SPA) requests.

PassPORT is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and there is no limit on the number of transactions allowed. PassPORT allows Providers to organize and access Participant information without waiting to talk to a Customer Service Representative.

To create a PassPORT account:

  1. Go to PassPORT’s front page.
  2. Click Request a New Account.
  3. Enter the information requested. Once you select a Provider type, you will be asked to enter your Medicaid Provider ID. This is the 12-digit number you use to bill Illinois Medicaid.
  4. Click Submit request. You will receive a response by email.

In case of lost or forgotten password, please write to or call the Transdev Provider Line at 866-503-9040.
