Find a Provider
NETSPAP now offers an online lookup tool that helps Participants quickly find a transportation provider based on their ZIP code. To get a list of providers:
- Start by choosing a category. Click the question mark for description details.
- Next, enter the pickup ZIP code.
- Finally, click Get Results.
- Participants can further refine their search by adding a Provider name, county or city in the field provided.
Once you have identified the provider you wish to use, call 1-877-725-0569 to book your trip and obtain the Request Tracking Number (RTN).
