Transdev schedules and coordinates non-emergency medical transportation services for Ohana Health Plan members. We partner with transportation providers throughout the state to ensure members can arrive – as scheduled – for their medical appointments.

Medical providers and facility staff can schedule member trips at least two days before the appointment date using any of the following methods:

You can schedule single or recurring trips on behalf of patients, Monday – Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM HST using the appropriate Medicaid or Medicare reservation lines. If your member prefers to schedule single or recurring trips themselves, they can call Monday – Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM HST using the same reservation lines:
