Transdev Health Solutions is contracted with Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services to Medicaid members enrolled various Oregon counties. Our general duties include transportation provider credentialing, training, education, customer service, reservations and scheduling, dispatch and routing, trip monitoring, complaints and appeals, quality assurance, and claims.
